Before COVID-19, we had the ability to take sample products to the customers’ site and show them the product, how it works and its features, however, with the limitations and safeguarding following COVD-19 our abilities have been somewhat restricted. This is why we have now introduced our virtual product demos, to deliver the same quality services to our clients, so that they can see the product they are interested in.
Is there any special pricing on your products?
Yes of course. If you like what you see during the demo, we will be able to give you a specially discounted price on the product. On top of this, the prices you get on the products are valid for 6 months.
How long will the virtual demo take?
On average our demos are 15-20 minutes long. However, we do ensure that we cover everything requested during our virtual demo.
What products are available for virtual demo?
All products are stocked in the UK and are available for virtual demo. If there is a specific product of interest let us know and we can include this for you.
What platform do you use for your virtual demo?
We generally use GoToWebinar as out platform. However, We understand that clients’ needs and requirements are different. It might be that for security reason you are bound to use one solution or you have a preference for another platform. This is why we are open to using any platform you need. We can also use your platform if required so that the process is as easy as it can be for you.
Do I need to commit to purchasing a product after the demo?
Absolutely not. There is no push or commitment to purchase any products following our virtual demo. However, should you decide to purchase a product after receiving a demo, we will offer you a special price, (discounted from regular pricing), which will be valid for 6 months.

What should I expect from the virtual demo?
Our FREE product virtual demo is essentially the same as a product demo from the Pre-COVID era but conducted over the internet. The session will be interactive and you are invited to ask all the questions you have. Our team are instructed to make sure that all your questions are answered and that you are satisfied with the demo before ending the session. Furthermore, we will also send a recording of the session shortly after, so that you can re-watch it on-demand.
