Steering Diodes
Contact UsWe offer high quality steering diode arrays from ProTek. Low capacitance arrays provide high-speed data line and I/O port protection from transients caused by ESD, EFT, Tertiary Lightning and other induced voltages. Steering diodes divert the transient to the power-bus or ground, away from sensitive IC components. Tested up to 25,000 volts of contact ESD conditions, they are designed to meet ESD immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-2 (Air – 15kV, Contact – 8kV) and EFT immunity requirement IEC 61000-4-4 (40A, 5/50ns).
