Protek Devices are experts at circuit protection systems, to put it succinctly. Their new SMBJ series are multi-line TVS arrays designed to guard power supply, AC/DC and telecoms applications from the damage that can be wrought by ESD, switching transients and tertiary lightning. With Glass Passivated Chip technology, a fast response time and Lead-Free Pure-Tin Plating (Annealed), they are perfectly suited to provide board level protection for standard TTL and MOS bus line applications
