Inelco Hunter Ltd is pleased to announce the availability of FCL Components’ FTP-68EMCL Series, an 8-inch, ultra-compact 24V thermal printer designed to deliver reliable, high-performance printing across a variety of applications.
Developed by FCL Components and offered through Inelco Hunter, the FTP-68EMCL Series features an innovative platen removal design, allowing easy access for paper loading and routine maintenance. This unique design virtually eliminates paper jams and helps reduce operational downtime.
The printer’s rugged metal frame provides excellent protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD), along with resistance to shock and vibration. Its integrated heat sink ensures consistent, continuous printing, even under demanding operating conditions. The FTP-68EMCL supports 8-inch (A4) paper widths and label media via a straight paper path, offering flexibility for a wide range of printing needs.
Both high- and low-speed versions are available. The high-speed models (FTP-68EMCL101/112) achieve print speeds of up to 80mm second, while the low-speed models (FTP-68EMCL151/161/162) print at 10mm per minute (50mm/s max). The FTP-68EMCL Series is ideal for applications such as test and measurement equipment, informational kiosks, ticket issuing terminals, label printers, and medical equipment. All models are UL approved (File No. E171434) and RoHS compliant, reflecting FCL Components’ commitment to safety and environmental standards.
